No problem. Your retainer will still be applied to your project at any point in the future. The quoted price however may be subject to change if the project delay exceeds six months.

Most changes can be accommodated. To complete a change, we will provide you with a change order quote for your approval.

Providing your designer has the time to help, we’re happy to provide this service at the typical industry rate of $130/hour.

We strive for 12–14 weeks depending on materials and chosen finishes, however, however custom kitchens are dependent upon supply. Please contact your Rëdl representative for the most up-to-date production timelines.

No. The design retainer is to cover the cost of time spent on your project to date, including the detailed design drawings.

Our production schedules in the factory are highly regulated so we will require the delivery payment by the agreed upon shipment date. If product can not be delivered as scheduled, we can hold cabinetry in storage for one week at no charge. After that time, a storage cost will be applied at a rate of $100–200 per week, depending on the project size.

No problem. Our pricing includes estimates for the design time required for typical situations. We understand however that some situations require additional design support which we will be happy to provide at an additional fee of $130/hour.

After final design drawings are signed by clients (see step 4 on previous page), design changes can no longer be accommodated. Please ensure all changes are communicated prior to this stage.
